For five of the last six years, ND had the fastest personal income growth of all states. It wasn't any gov't stimulus spending, it was plan ol' capitalism. Here folks are improving not only their lot in life but all the rest of ours by providing oil that the rest of us can use. They are engaging in trading "their best for our best" and raising everyone's standard of living. Sure beats stealing from one American to give a paycheck to another.
